Radio Filharmonisch Orkest met Thomas Beijer

le café de nuit (2017)

Granada in summer, given voice by Thomas Beijer and the Radio Philharmonic Orchestra. A sultry wind, the smell of orange trees, and in the distance the sound of a fiesta flamenco. With De Falla musicians are searching for sunlight, while they will enter the pub through the notes of Jan-Peter de Graaff. Van Goghs Le café de nuit served as inspiration for this piece.
